Job Description

Naseh is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Intern to join our software development team. The intern will help ensure the quality, reliability, security, and performance of Naseh's AI-powered legal technology platform.

This role provides hands-on experience in software testing, bug tracking, quality assurance processes, and collaboration with developers in a real-world production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web applications, APIs, and AI-powered features.
• Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and checklists.
• Identify, document, and track software bugs through resolution.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
• Validate new features against functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Test user authentication, role-based access controls, and document management workflows.
• Assist in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Support automated testing using tools such as Playwright or Cypress.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Participate in sprint reviews and provide QA progress reports.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with web applications and REST APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Postman, Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Familiarity with GitHub and issue-tracking tools.
• Understanding of Agile development practices.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Interest in AI applications, security testing, and test automation.
