Must be a computer literate and with keen analytical ability. EXPERIENCE: Must have at least six (6) months work experience in a manufacturing company or must have acquired actual training concerning quality control & process control and must have knowledge in statistical tools. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Coordinates with the Production Department concerning Work Order being processed in the production. Verifies implementation of in-process inspection in accordance with the detailed process Control Charts per department. 2. Conducts actual product verification at the production floor by random. Performs special verification for materials at warehouse and production as needed. 3. Carry out process capability studies & initiates application of Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools to prevent defects whenever necessary or as instructed. 4. Reports to QA Supervisor any problem or incident encountered in performing assigned job. 5. Identifies and records any problems relating to the product. Process and quality system. Initiates preparation of Non-conformance Report. 6. Prepares and submits to QA Supervisor Weekly defects Analysis Weekly Control Charts for all generated defects per Department. 7. Coordinates with the Department Manager/Department Heads or Supervisor regarding any results of inspections and observations. Recommends corrective and preventive measures to production on how to eliminate or minimize defects. 8. Controls further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. 9. Performs Motion & Time Study at Production as directed by the supervisor. 10. Acts as assistant document controller for ISO 9001. Performs spot audit or internal audit with regards to ISO implementation as directed by the supervisor. 11. Collates/Gathers and summarizes all generated defects from production.
