Conduct quality assurance review and testing of computer systems and applications to ensure functionality, accuracy and compliance with approved requirements and business processes - System Support. Provide first-line system support to users and coordinate system-related concerns requiring further technical assistance - System Documentation and Access Administration. Assist in the administration of user access rights and monitor system-related requests and development deliverables. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Business, Accounting or related field - With at least two years of relevant work experience - Must be analytical and logical thinking with good attention to detail - Must have basic knowledge in system testing, documentation, process flow, and troubleshooting - With good communication skills - Willing to learn business processes and IT systems Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month Benefits: - Additional leave - Company Christmas gift - Company events - Health insurance - Life insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Paid training - Pay raise - Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
