# QA Automation Specialist (Playwright/TypeScript) **Rising Tide Digital Inc.** · Makati · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain end-to-end (E2E) test automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium (TypeScript/JavaScript preferred). - Implement automated REST API testing suites and validate backend microservices using Postman or code-based API testing libraries. - Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins) for continuous build verification and automated regression runs. - Author clear, maintainable test strategies, test cases, and BDD scenarios mapping directly to business requirements and acceptance criteria. - Conduct root-cause analysis on test failures, isolate backend/frontend defects, and manage defect lifecycles in Jira. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment to promote quality best practices across sprint release cycles. Qualifications & Technical Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Software QA Automation Testing. - Automation Tooling: Solid expertise in Playwright , Cypress , or Selenium WebDriver . - Languages: Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript (Java, C#, or Python background is also welcomed). - API Testing: Demonstrated experience in API automation and functional API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or Playwright API testing capabilities. - CI/CD & DevOps: Hands-on experience executing tests inside CI/CD pipelines and tracking automated build health. - Testing Methods: Strong foundation in test planning, regression testing, exploratory testing, and root-cause analysis in Agile setups.
