Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Software QA, including test automation.

Proven experience in a QA Lead or QA Manager role.

Experience managing, mentoring, and developing QA engineers.

Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or similar).

Understanding of CI/CD, Agile, and software development processes.

Hands-on experience using AI tools in QA workflows.

Good spoken and written English.

Nice to have:

Experience in fintech, banking, payment systems, or cryptocurrency.

Experience introducing AI tools to improve test automation, coverage, and QA efficiency.
