You will work closely with development and engineering teams, contributing to test automation, application-level troubleshooting, and the identification and documentation of defects through clear, reproducible evidence. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in QA Engineering. Test Automation: - Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript. - Experience with Appium, Selenium and/or Playwright for test automation. - Working knowledge of Pytest as a test framework. - Understanding of Page Object Model and Actor Model. Manual Testing: - Solid understanding of QA fundamentals, including test case design, test execution, and defect lifecycle. - Hands-on experience with manual testing of native iOS and Android applications. - Experience with manual web application testing across browsers. - Familiarity with mobile-specific scenarios, including permissions, push notifications, gestures, interruptions (calls, low battery), and OS upgrades. API Testing: Familiarity with REST API principles and testing tools such as Postman, Mockoon, or equivalent. Communication & Defect Documentation: Ability to document suspected defects with supporting evidence, including videos, screenshots, network traces, and logs. German: Basic+ German language proficiency (must-have). CI Integration: Experience integrating QA activities into CI pipelines, particularly GitLab CI, is a plus. Test Management: Experience with Xray/JIRA is a plus. Responsibilities - Design, execute, and maintain automated tests using Python and/or TypeScript, with frameworks and tools such as Appium, Selenium, Playwright, and Pytest. - Perform manual testing of native iOS and Android applications, as well as web applications across different browsers, covering functional and mobile-specific scenarios. - Conduct API testing, identify and document defects with reproducible evidence, including videos, screenshots, network traces, and logs. - Contribute to QA integration within CI pipelines and collaborate with the development team to support product quality and defect resolution.
