Are you looking for more responsibility, the opportunity to work on utility-scale projects and a clear route into leadership? If so, please read on… The Company: A fast-growing German renewable energy developer specialising in utility-scale Solar PV / Agri-PV , with a growing focus on BESS . The company is expanding its in-house EPC capabilities and has a strong pipeline of projects moving towards construction. They are now looking for a Lead PV Planner to take ownership of technical planning across their portfolio. The Role: DC & AC planning for utility-scale PV projects. Cable routing, electrical layouts and technical documentation. Grid connection planning and communication with grid operators. Ensure designs meet VDE and German grid standards . Work closely with the EPC and construction teams. Support the development of internal planning processes. Future exposure to BESS projects . The Person: Experience planning and designing Solar PV projects . Good knowledge of DC & AC electrical planning . Experience with grid connections and VDE standards. Relevant electrical/PV planning software experience. Good German language skills. Why Apply?
