You will ensure consistent product quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery across our store operations.Key Responsibilities Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable food suppliers and vendors Process purchase orders for fresh ingredients, dry goods, packaging, and other restaurant supplies Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stock shortages or overstocking Verify quality, freshness, and accuracy of delivered items against specifications Negotiate pricing and payment terms to optimize costs without compromising quality Coordinate with store managers and the head office to align purchasing with operational needs Maintain accurate records of purchases, receipts, and supplier performance Ensure all food items meet safety, hygiene, and quality standards Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within the FOOD / RESTAURANT INDUSTRY — REQUIRED Knowledge of food products, ingredients, shelf life, and food safety standards Familiarity with inventory management and basic cost control principles Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work accurately with numbers and handle paperwork efficiently Willingness to work flexible hours and visit suppliers/branches as needed Resident of Quezon City or nearby locations preferred Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Benefits: Employee discount Free parking On-site parking Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
