Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in foodstuff purchasing in the UAE. Experience in purchasing from the local market. Good knowledge of Frozen, Chilled & Dry Food Products. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Ability to source products at competitive prices and maintain good supplier relationships. Experience in handling customer orders through cold calls, email and WhatsApp. Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills. Basic accounts knowledge or previous experience in accounting-related work is preferred. Familiarity with invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, payments and basic account documentation is an advantage. Proactive, target-oriented and able to work independently. UAE foodstuff market knowledge is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Purchase food products from local suppliers and markets. Source competitive prices and negotiate with suppliers. Handle customer requirements and coordinate orders. Generate and follow up on orders through cold calls, email and WhatsApp. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers. Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth order fulfilment. Assist with basic accounts-related documentation and coordination when required. Location: Dubai, UAE Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,456.12 per month Work Location: In person
