# Purchasing Executive (Procurement) – Mandarin Speaker **Accord Innovations Private Limited** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Mandarin Buyer / Procurement Specialist — KL Central Location: KL Central, Kuala Lumpur Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: RM 4,500 – RM 5,000 basic (depending on last drawn salary) KPI Allowance: RM 300 Joining: ASAP — URGENT Language: Mandarin + English Job Summary The Buyer will independently manage vendor-related activities throughout the purchase order lifecycle, including PO creation and follow-up, new part creation, price updates, ETA tracking, material transfers, warehouse discrepancies, and issue resolution. The role requires regular coordination with vendors to obtain order status and with the Supply Chain Program Manager regarding the latest required dates. Any issues affecting procurement, logistics, or fulfillment must be escalated promptly. Key Responsibilities Fulfill PO requests Create and follow up on Purchase Orders Manage drop-ship orders / direct orders Follow up and update ETA Create new parts Handle price changes / POCV Resolve warehouse discrepancies / CWS Coordinate material transfers Follow up on Material Transfers (MT) Prepare fulfillment reports Resolve issues across the PO lifecycle Coordinate logistics and fulfillment activities Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain , or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of procurement experience Fluent Mandarin and English , both written and spoken Strong coordination and organizational skills Good negotiation and communication skills Customer-focused and able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to work independently and under pressure Detail-oriented, patient, flexible, and self-motivated Ability to adapt to business changes Good teamwork and collaboration skills Problem-solving ability Preferred Advanced Microsoft Office skills Experience with ERP tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills Interview Process Candidates will need to complete: Operations Interview 1st Client Interview 2nd Client Interview English Assessment Urgent requirement — candidates who can join ASAP are preferred.
