# Purchase Manager **DOCIB HEALTH CARE** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Purchase Manager- Pharmaceutical Group | UAE We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement, supplier management, commercial negotiations, and supply-chain coordination for our leading pharmaceutical/healthcare group in the UAE. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities across pharmaceutical, healthcare, wellness, and related product categories. Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading principals, manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers across the region and internationally. Identify and negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, commercial agreements/contracts. Manage TMA and other supplier-related commercial arrangements. Ensure optimal stock availability, inventory levels, purchasing cycles, and working capital management. Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, sales, finance, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth supply-chain operations. Support warehouse and inventory management, including stock planning, expiry control, slow-moving items, and replenishment. Monitor market trends, supplier performance, product availability, and opportunities for new principals/products. Develop procurement strategies that improve cost efficiency, margins, service levels, and business growth. Candidate Profile 7 - 10 years of relevant industry experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably within Pharma, Healthcare, Wellness, FMCG, Retail, or Distribution. Strong UAE/GCC market experience with an established network of principals, distributors, manufacturers, and suppliers. Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, contracts, supplier management, inventory, and supply-chain operations. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage pricing, margins, payment terms, and agreements. Bachelor's degree; pharmaceutical/healthcare educational qualification is an advantage. Strong communication, relationship-management, analytical, and negotiation skills. Immediately available candidates would be preferred.
