Public Sector Tender & Compliance Coordinator
About Morris Roofing
Morris Roofing (MK) Ltd is an established roofing contractor operating across Milton Keynes, the South Midlands and Home Counties.
We work with major housebuilders and commercial clients and have a substantial operational roofing workforce delivering pitched and flat roofing projects across the region.
We are now looking to develop a stronger presence within public-sector roofing, including local authorities, schools, academy trusts, housing associations, NHS organisations and public-sector procurement frameworks.
To support this growth, we are creating a new part-time position for someone to take ownership of getting Morris Roofing properly established within this market.
The Opportunity
This is a newly created role with a clear objective:
To get Morris Roofing into a strong position to identify, qualify for and tender successfully for public-sector roofing projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and the wider management team to understand the business, gather the information required for tenders and establish a professional tendering and compliance system.
This is not simply an administrative position.
We are looking for someone capable of taking ownership of the project, researching opportunities, developing systems and helping create a new area of growth for the business.

- Local authorities
- Schools and academy trusts
