Job Duties Manage the entire customer journey for our corporate clients from handling enquiries and writing proposals to closing the deals. Independently deliver signature training or workshop modules, and provide on-site facilitation (including team-building) as part of a wider training team. Conduct presentations and pitches in client meetings. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to identify training opportunities through LinkedIn, networking events. Assist in business development for corporate consultancy team, including but not limited to website editing and event coordination. Undertake other ad-hoc projects related to corporate consultancy as assigned. Your Qualities Knowledge Bachelor's degree or above in psychology, HRM, counselling, or other related professional disciplines. An advanced degree in a field that contributes to business understanding or organisational psychology (i.e., IO Psy, MBA, HRM etc.) is highly desirable. Excellent general understanding of psychology, with in-depth knowledge in areas related to business psychology and organisational behaviour. Strong business acumen and understanding of organisational dynamics, industry trends, and market forces. Skills & Ability Working Experience. A minimum of 2 years of working experience, preferably in customer service, training/facilitation, or business sales field. Sales Skills. You are expected to actively engage with clients and prospects. Strong listening and questioning skills are essential. Professional Knowledge. Understanding and knowledge in Learning & Development/ Business Sales/ Customer Relationship Management are highly advantageous. Business Communication. You are expected to communicate in professional business acumen with various stakeholders. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required. Delivery Capability. You are expected to be a strong presenter and facilitator in your own right — able to competently deliver and confidently hold the floor for at least 1-3 signature training or workshop modules (e.g. team building, communication, or leadership topics). Facilitation Skills. You will be a capable facilitator, especially for team-building workshops, with the ability to read the room, manage group dynamics, and handle live situations independently. Organised and Detail-minded. You will act as the person-in-charge for coordinating and managing the logistics of training workshops, including but not limited to venue and manpower coordination. Analytical and Problem-solving. You will leverage our resources to design customised training packages that effectively address clients' needs. Attitude Self-Driven. You should be ambitious, result-oriented, and proactive in driving results for the business and our clients. Independent. You can deliver results independently and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Client-centric. You need to show high responsiveness to our clients, and be customer-oriented while communicating with them. Consultant Mindset.
