# Proposal Manager **FRIENDS MANPOWER RECRUITMENT** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead tendering and proposal activities for Scaffolding, Painting, Insulation & Refractory projects, ensuring competitive pricing, technical compliance and target profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead the complete tender process from enquiry to submission, clarification and negotiation. Review scopes, BOQs, drawings, specifications and commercial conditions. Prepare and manage detailed estimates, cost build-ups, manpower, material and equipment pricing. Develop competitive bid strategies while protecting company margins. Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Finance and Commercial teams. Monitor Qatar/GCC market rates, competitors and historical pricing. Prepare bid summaries, clarifications and management approvals. Ensure accurate tender documentation and effective handover of awarded projects. Qualifications 10–15+ years of experience in proposals, estimating or commercial roles. Experience in Qatar/GCC, preferably in scaffolding, painting, insulation, refractory, oil & gas or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of tender documents, BOQs, specifications and pricing. Proven ability to develop competitive and profitable bids. Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and communication skills. Excellent Excel and estimating/pricing skills. Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related qualification preferred. Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR27,000.00 per month Experience: Proposals, Estimating or Commercial Roles: 10 years (Required) Work Location: In person
