Proposal & Engagement Manager

We are seeking an experienced and independent Proposal & Engagement Setup Manager to develop, organise, and market premium proposal and romantic experience packages across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marriage proposals, engagements, and romantic experiences.
• Coordinate setups across hotels, beaches, desert locations, the Burj Khalifa area, and other premium venues.
• Develop attractive packages tailored to different budgets and client preferences.
• Source and coordinate suppliers, décor, flowers, lighting, catering, and other setup requirements.
• Manage bookings, client communication, quotations, and event logistics.
• Market the packages and develop partnerships with hotels, venues, and relevant suppliers.
• Oversee setup teams and ensure each event meets the expected quality standards.
• Manage the product independently, with responsibility for its growth and operational delivery.

Requirements

• Significant previous senior-level experience in proposal planning, engagement setups, romantic events, or luxury event management.
• Proven ability to independently organise and deliver events from start to finish.
• Strong supplier negotiation, budgeting, planning, and coordination skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to market and grow a product.
• A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

• Luxury Event Management: 3 years (Required)
