Property Manager (Ermita, Manila)

Colliers International Philippines, Inc. is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee property operations and deliver excellent service to residents and clients in Ermita, Manila .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, maintenance, security, and tenant/resident relations
• Manage budgeting, collections, and expense control
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards
• Lead, coach, and develop on-site property staff
• Address tenant/resident concerns and ensure excellent customer service
• Conduct regular property inspections and preventive maintenance
• Prepare property reports and monitor overall building performance

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer – REQUIRED
• At least 5 years of Property Management experience
• Strong experience in Commercial/ Office Building properties
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and building/property management systems
• Willing to be assigned in Ermita, Manila
• Able to handle urgent property concerns when required
