We are seeking someone with direct experience working with property management companies to help us identify, contact, and secure new property management clients in the Washington, DC metro area. The ideal candidate understands how property management companies operate and knows how to get vendors approved and engaged. Responsibilities Identify and reach out to property management companies Build relationships with property managers and maintenance decision makers Secure vendor approvals and onboarding with PM companies Help expand into additional U.S. metro areas Pay: $5.00 - $10.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Work Location: Remote
