# Property Engineer **SM Prime Holdings, Inc.** · Pasay · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 13 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the following, as well as the other duties deemed necessary or as required by the Principals, to accomplish work-related deliverables: - Technical (MEPF), safety, technical contracts, LGU permits, audit findings, and daily M&E matters of the building's operations. - Prepares the manpower monthly schedule and submits the same to the Chief Engineer. - Supervises technical works being undertaken by technicians and duly appointed contractors. - Provides innovative ideas that would benefit the daily operation of the Building Administration Team. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Graduate of BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. - At least 1-2 years of related work experience in property management. - Licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer. - MS Office Proficient - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD. - Proficiency in Building's CSA and MEPF, Safety & Health, Security Procedures, Projects, and Tenant Fit-Out Management. - Candidates must be willing to work on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
