Become the Go-To Island Specialist. MD Real Estate is expanding its sales team and looking for experienced Property Consultants with proven expertise in Yas Island and/or Saadiyat Island. We are looking for consultants who already know these markets, understand their communities and projects, and can demonstrate a successful track record of closed resale and off-plan transactions. Your Role As a Yas Island / Saadiyat Island Specialist, you will take ownership of your assigned community and grow your business across the resale, off-plan, and investment markets. You will: Become the go-to property specialist for Yas Island and/or Saadiyat Island. Build and manage a strong portfolio of quality resale and off-plan properties. Develop relationships with property owners, buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors. Prospect consistently to secure new listings and business opportunities. Advise clients on property values, market trends, price appreciation, rental yields, and investment potential. Match qualified buyers and investors with suitable properties and projects. Conduct professional property viewings and presentations. Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to successful closing. Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistent client follow-up through the company CRM. Stay ahead of new launches, resale inventory, transaction activity, competitor listings, and pricing movements. Strengthen your personal positioning as a trusted Yas Island or Saadiyat Island property expert. Experience & Requirements Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience is required. Proven experience specializing in Yas Island and/or Saadiyat Island. Demonstrable track record of successfully closed transactions within Yas Island and/or Saadiyat Island. Hands-on experience closing both resale and off-plan property transactions is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of the islands’ key communities, developments, developers, property types, pricing, and market dynamics. Established ability to generate listings, prospect property owners, and develop new business. Strong sales, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing capabilities. Good understanding of investor and end-user requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills. Proactive, target-driven, commercially minded, and results-focused. Confidence working with premium and luxury properties and high-value clients. Professional English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
