As we rapidly expand our portfolio, we are looking for driven Property Consultants to join our winning team. What you get: - Leads provided from Property Finder and our marketing channels, so you spend your time closing, not hunting for clients - Salary + commission to start: 3,000 AED salary + 30% commission for 3 months, then 50% commission - Experienced agents: 60% commission from day one , rising to 70% based on performance. - Full marketing, listing and admin support, so you focus on selling - Structured onboarding and ongoing training from sales manager - RERA course and BRN support for new joiners - Visa sponsorship once you pass probation and hit your target You are: - An experienced Dubai agent, or a fresh, driven sales professional ready to learn - A strong communicator in English (other languages are a plus) - Target-driven and self-motivated What you'll do: sell and lease residential properties, follow up on leads, run viewings, negotiate, and close deals from inquiry to handover.
