This is a commission only position with no fixed monthly salary. Earnings are based on successful property transactions and the applicable commission structure. Key Responsibilities Generate and follow up with prospective property buyers, sellers, landlords and investors Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential and investment properties Present property options and provide accurate information about available developments Arrange and conduct property viewings and client meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Negotiate with clients and support transactions through to completion Develop new business through networking, referrals, prospecting and lead generation Maintain regular follow-ups and accurate client records Coordinate with developers, property owners, clients and internal teams throughout the transaction Stay updated on Dubai property market trends, new developments and available inventory What We Offer Commission only earning structure Professional training and ongoing guidance Support for RERA certification Marketing and personal branding support Access to property marketing platforms and lead-generation tools Administrative and operational support Access to company vehicles for client meetings, subject to availability Professional working environment with opportunities for career development Requirements Previous sales experience is an advantage Real estate experience in Dubai or the UAE is preferred Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage Strong client relationship and follow-up skills Professional, motivated and self-driven approach Comfortable working in a commission-only environment Legally eligible to work in the UAE Compensation Commission only. There is no fixed monthly salary. Actual earnings depend on successful transactions and the applicable commission structure.
