Role Description This full-time, on-site Property Consultant role is based in Abu Dhabi and focuses on guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting luxury properties. The Property Consultant will conduct property viewings, advise clients on market trends and investment opportunities, and manage inquiries from initial contact through closing. Daily tasks include building and maintaining a client portfolio, preparing property proposals, negotiating offers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth transactions. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, attending networking events, and contributing to the company’s reputation for exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proven customer service capabilities, with a client-centric approach and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions in a target-driven environment.
• Solid understanding of real estate practices, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE luxury property market.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and listings, and maintain accurate documentation and CRM records.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong ethical standards and respect for confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within UAE for property viewings and client meetings.
