We are looking for an experienced Residential Sales Negotiator to join our established and successful estate agency in Lowton, Warrington . This is an opportunity for an experienced negotiator who knows estate agency, enjoys winning business and is confident dealing with buyers, vendors and solicitors throughout the sales process. Previous residential estate agency experience is essential. The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for: Registering, qualifying and matching buyers to properties Arranging and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers and securing the best possible price for our vendors Maintaining regular contact with buyers and vendors Chasing sales progression and working closely with solicitors and other professionals Providing honest and professional feedback to vendors Identifying opportunities to generate further business Booking valuations and market appraisals Following up applicants and maintaining an active database Working towards and exceeding individual and company targets Maintaining accurate records and keeping the CRM fully up to date What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who already understands estate agency and can hit the ground running. You will ideally have: At least 2 years' residential estate agency experience A proven track record in property sales Strong negotiation and closing skills Experience dealing with offers and sales progression Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills A confident, professional and personable manner A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to succeed Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy pipeline Good local property knowledge The ability to work independently as well as part of a team A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle What We Offer £25,000–£26,500 basic salary, depending on experience Uncapped commission £30,000+ realistic OTE for the right person Excellent earning potential Established local business and strong market presence Supportive and professional working environment Company pension Holiday entitlement Ongoing training and development Most importantly...
