Ray White International Real Estate is seeking a driven, client-focused, and ambitious Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.

Ray White is an internationally established real estate group originating from Australia , with a strong global presence and a long-standing reputation in the real estate industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and managing leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable properties, and guiding clients through the complete sales process while delivering a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and manage client interactions through Bitrix24 CRM
• Qualify clients based on budget, requirements, location preferences, and investment objectives
• Present and promote off-plan and secondary market properties across Dubai
• Conduct professional client meetings, property viewings, and project presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
• Guide clients through the complete transaction process, from initial inquiry to closing
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, new project launches, pricing trends, and investment opportunities
• Attend company training sessions, developer briefings, roadshows, and sales meetings
• Represent Ray White International professionally and maintain high standards of integrity, service, and client care

Requirements

• Passion for real estate and a strong desire to build a successful career in Dubai
• Previous UAE/Dubai real estate experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Professional attitude, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach
• UAE/Dubai market knowledge is an advantage
