Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role involves advising clients on property options, conducting property viewings, and guiding them through the entire sales or leasing process. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, listing and promoting properties, responding to client inquiries, and preparing basic documentation related to offers and agreements. The Property Consultant will collaborate with internal teams, follow up with leads, provide regular updates to clients, and support a high standard of customer service and professional representation of Roots Origin Properties. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, including the ability to analyze property markets and advise clients on suitable options. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage client expectations effectively. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing property transactions. Relevant experience in real estate or property consulting, particularly in Abu Dhabi or the UAE market, is highly beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to work on-site with diverse clients and stakeholders are required. Proficiency in basic office and CRM software, with the ability to manage listings and client records efficiently, is an advantage. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. A valid UAE driving license and the ability to travel to property sites as needed are beneficial.
