The starting salary ranges from ₱20,000 to ₱25,000 per month , depending on your experience. Salaries are released twice a month, every 10th and 25th . In addition, you’ll receive a 3% sales commission , which can be very rewarding for high-value transactions. For example, closing a ₱100 million property can earn you ₱3 million in commission , on top of your salary.
