This role is suitable for both fresh graduates and experienced sales professionals who are passionate about real estate and enjoy building relationships with clients. As a Real Estate Agent, you will guide clients through the property transaction process, provide market insights, and help them make informed property decisions. Key Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, renting, and investing in properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and business partners. Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns. Conduct property viewings and present suitable property options based on client requirements. Advise clients on market trends, property values, financing options, and investment opportunities. Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions from initial inquiry through completion. Prepare and manage property listings across various marketing channels. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities. Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. Attend property launches, exhibitions, networking events, and sales activities. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in real estate, sales, banking, insurance, wealth management, or customer-facing roles is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
