Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Real estate license (as per the law) is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field is advantage. Knowledge on CMA (comparative market analysis) CRM knowledge is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value. Develop networks of referrals and other leads source. Stay knowledgeable about market trends and best practices. Know how to do project study. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
