Qualifications: Must possess a Professional License from the PRC and registration with the PRBRES Accredited by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) or a BSP-recognized professional appraisers’ association Proven experience in determining: Fair market value of land Replacement cost of structures/improvements Fair market value of crops and trees affected by projects Responsibilities: Conduct property appraisals for lands and structures affected by right-of-way (ROW) requirements Collaborate with project teams to integrate valuation data into project planning and development Review outputs from consulting services: Detailed Engineering Design Laboratory Testing & Analysis Geotechnical Investigations Environmental Impact Assessments Support structural and land development projects ensuring accurate and compliant property valuations Work Location: In person
