Property Advisor- Secondary

Luxury One Real Estate LLC is expanding, and we’re looking for ambitious, results-driven Secondary Market Property Advisors with proven experience in Dubai real estate to join our growing team.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate sales experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s secondary market, including ready properties, resales, and property valuations.
• Experience handling buyers, sellers, landlords, and property investors.
• Hands-on experience with Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle .
• Good understanding of property listings, lead management, viewings, negotiations and deal closures.
• Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
• A target-driven mindset with the ability to convert leads into successful transactions.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s communities, market trends and prevailing property prices.
