Key Responsibilities - Lead, supervise and monitor the performance of Midea promoters and merchandisers. - Monitor daily sales performance, sales targets and KPIs. - Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor team performance and compliance. - Prepare and monitor sales reports, attendance records and operational reports. - Assist in the recruitment, screening, interviewing and onboarding of new promoters and merchandisers. - Provide product knowledge training, sales coaching and guidance to the team. - Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline and overall team performance. - Handle promoter-related issues and operational matters. - Coordinate with Midea management, outlet managers and internal teams. - Ensure the team complies with company policies, reporting procedures and SOPs. - Support sales activities, promotions and other operational projects as required. Requirements - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in retail sales, promoter management or sales supervision. - Experience in home appliances or consumer electronics is preferred. - Strong leadership, communication and team management skills. - Good analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. - Willing to travel for outlet visits and manage the team across different locations. - Possess own transport and a valid driving licence. - Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
