The role will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, communicating their key benefits and driving product sales. Key Responsibilities Promote and demonstrate ESTRIP products to customers at retail outlets. Clearly explain product features, benefits, usage and key USPs. Engage customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable products. Drive product trials, conversions and achievement of assigned sales targets. Maintain attractive product displays, visibility and merchandising at the outlet. Ensure adequate stock availability and coordinate with store staff for replenishment. Build positive relationships with store staff and outlet management. Observe competitor products, pricing, promotions and customer preferences. Support in-store promotions, product demonstrations and other sales activities. Maintain daily sales and activity reports and share market/customer feedback with the reporting manager. Ensure professional conduct and strong brand representation at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, store promotion, FMCG or modern trade preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered. Excellent customer interaction and convincing skills. Sales-oriented, target-driven and proactive approach. Basic understanding of retail sales and merchandising. Good command of Hindi and English ; knowledge of the local language is an advantage. Positive attitude, punctuality and professional appearance. Willingness to work at assigned retail outlets and engage actively with customers.
