Responsibilities: Co-ordinate with clients and Sub-contractors for the installations and maintenance of play & sports equipment and facilities. Assist project team and coordinate with project sales. Assist project manager on project planning, coordination, progress monitoring and timeframe of contracted projects. Prepare correspondence material submissions, reports and method statement. Liaise with clients and various internal parties. Assisting in quantity surveying works, if assigned Salary and remuneration: HK$20,000 or above depending on the seniority of the position offered. Requirement: Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / construction management or equivalent. at least 3 years’ working experience Hardworking, strong problem-solving skills with customer-oriented service attitude Good communication and written skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese essential and Putonghua a plus) Familiar with AutoCad, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
