Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and budget control. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and authorities. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation. Plan and manage project resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and machinery. Monitor project progress and resolve technical and site-related issues. Implement value engineering and cost-control measures. Prepare project schedules, weekly progress reports, and client presentations. Ensure all project documentation and correspondence are properly managed. Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, and project teams. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of project management experience. Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge in landscape and swimming pool construction.
