The role will work with Project Managers, Project Engineers, planning teams, estimators, contractors and stakeholders to maintain strong project controls. What we're looking for Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. - Mechanical, Chemical or Civil Engineering is preferred. - 5–7 years as a Projects Controls Engineer with brownfield construction experience in Oil & Gas. - Petrochemicals experience is preferred. - Hands-on experience with costing tools/software. - Advanced Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools. - Project scheduling, critical path, resource planning and progress measurement experience. - Budget, forecast, cost-sheet and spend-tracking experience. - EOT claims and change-order analysis experience. - Risk, contingency planning and corrective-action experience. - Project status reports, dashboards and management presentations. - Audit documentation and evidence-support experience. - PMP/PMI/APM certification is preferred; CCP and PSP certifications are also preferred. Skills & Competencies - Project planning, scheduling, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring and reporting. - Detailed project plans, activity sequencing, milestones, critical-path monitoring and recovery actions. - Contractor schedule/package review, progress verification and site monitoring. - Cost control, budgets, forecasts, spend tracking and variance analysis. - Project performance analysis, invoices, EOT claims and change-order impact assessment. - Risk identification, impact assessment, mitigation and corrective actions. - Project monitoring systems, dashboards and management reporting. - Scope, schedule and budget change control. - SAP S/4HANA IM/PS project modules. - Strong analytical, stakeholder-management and communication skills.
