Key Responsibilities: Manage project planning, scheduling, and cost control of Civil Construction Projects Monitor project progress, budgets, and forecasts. Prepare project dashboards, KPIs, and management reports. Identify schedule, cost, and performance risks. Monitor variations, changes, and their impact on projects. Coordinate with Project Managers, contractors, and consultants. Ensure effective project controls and reporting across all projects. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 10+ years of experience in project controls/construction. Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Excel, and project reporting . Experience managing controls for multiple projects. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. GCC/Oman experience is an advantage. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
