Due to recent expansion and growth within the company we are looking to recruit a junior project manager within our passive fire and fire door projects division. Who are we? Aether Compliance Ltd is fast becoming a market leader within our sector. The Company provides specialist building compliance services to our Facilities Management and Hospitality portfolio. A fast moving, modern 'digital first', paperless and carbon neutral company servicing of 2000 properties across the UK (and growing)! The role: This full-time position (working at various clients properties) will be working alongside our remedial engineers and management. The varied role will include: Reviewing reports Setting out work for engineers Ensuring safe completion of tasks QA on completed works Supporting engineers Providing progress reports Budgeting and tracking costs The role will include working within the passive fire section of the company remediating passive fire ( Fire Door ) defects. The company works Nationally and working away may be required on occasion. What are we looking for in a candidate? Ideal candidates will have experience within fire protection (either on the tools or technical) industry and have a keen eye for detail. We are particularly looking for applicants with experience in one (or more) of the following disciplines: Fire Door Inspections/ Installs / Remedials Site Supervision /staff management The successful applicant will understand (or learn) the relevant compliance standards, be confident reading site plans and comfortable with cloud based reporting systems. Industry experience 'on the tools' or from a surveying background will both be an advantage. Able to supervise and maintain the site safety of group of engineers. Training and on the job experience will be provided. What do employees receive from us?
