The ideal candidate will possess strong construction site experience, a solid understanding of commercial construction processes, and expertise in construction safety management. This role involves coordinating teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high safety standards on-site. The Project Supervisor will play a key role in delivering quality projects efficiently while adhering to safety regulations and client specifications. Duties - Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules. - Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services. - Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and legal regulations. - Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions promptly. - Manage project documentation, including progress reports, safety logs, and compliance records. - Assist in planning project phases, resource allocation, and resolving on-site issues that may arise during construction. - Enforce safety policies and conduct safety meetings to promote a culture of safety among all personnel. - Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project specifications are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Skills - Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on commercial projects. - Strong knowledge of construction safety management practices and regulations. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and tasks effectively. - Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members. - Problem-solving abilities to address unforeseen issues promptly on-site. - Leadership qualities to supervise teams while maintaining a safe work environment. - Ability to interpret technical drawings, project plans, and safety documentation confidently.
