The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective leadership, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. Duties Project Planning and Scheduling : Develops and maintains project timelines, schedules, and work plans to ensure timely completion. Site Management : Oversees daily operations on the construction site, including supervising workers and subcontractors. Coordination and Communication : Acts as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Quality Control : Ensures that all work meets project specifications, building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements. Safety Management : Implements safety protocols, conducts safety meetings, and enforces OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment. Budget Management : Monitors project expenses and helps control costs to stay within budget. Problem Resolution : Addresses and resolves issues or delays that arise during construction. Progress Reporting : Provides regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on project status. Team Leadership : Manages and oversees the work of supervisors, subcontractors, and construction workers. Requirements Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in commercial or residential projects. Knowledge of Construction Methods and Materials : Strong understanding of building processes, techniques, and materials. Project Management Skills : Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of a construction project. Technical Skills : Familiarity with construction software, blueprints, and technical drawings. Leadership Ability : Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate construction teams. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions. Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
