Key Responsibilities - Supervise and monitor HVAC/MEPF installation and site activities. - Interpret and review technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications. - Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth site operations. - Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site requirements. - Assist in project planning, scheduling, and preparation of site reports. - Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards. - Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues or installation concerns. - Assist in resolving site-related technical and coordination issues. - Prepare and maintain necessary project documentation and reports. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field. - Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred for HVAC projects. - PRC Licensed Engineer is preferred; qualified non-licensed engineers with relevant experience may also be considered. - At least 1–3 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in HVAC or MEPF construction. - Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices. - Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. - Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera , or similar project management/design tools. - Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment. - Willing to travel, relocate, and be assigned to project sites nationwide. - Physically fit and capable of working in various site conditions. Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
