This role requires a dynamic approach, as the engineer will need to adapt to different project scopes and teams while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, design, and implement engineering solutions for the assigned project/s. - Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. - Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to support project development. - Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, providing regular updates to stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle. - Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during project execution. - Prepare and present technical reports and documentation as needed. - Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status to all relevant parties. Site Engineer Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar. - A driver's license is a plus. - Experience in a similar role. - Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design. - Great leadership and organizational skills. - Superb project management skills. - Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects. - Can start ASAP Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month Benefits: - Opportunities for promotion - Paid training Ability to commute/relocate: - Las Piñas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Location: - Las Piñas (Required) Work Location: In person
