Role Purpose The Project Sales Manager leads business development initiatives, originates new project opportunities, and manages the full sales cycle from initial client engagement to pricing, negotiation, award, and successful handover. The role requires strong market awareness, deep technical understanding of interior fit‑out works, and a proven track record of sales performance within the UAE. The manager is responsible for securing commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit‑out projects, ensuring accurate pricing, competitive proposals, and seamless coordination with design, estimation, and project delivery teams. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects transition smoothly from sales to execution with full compliance to quality, timeline, and contractual requirements. benefits includes, Targets Commission+ Visa and medical insurance + Transportation Etc.
