Develop professional training materials and standardized operating procedures for the department; conduct internal training to enhance team capabilities. Cascade corporate directives from senior leadership, monitor progress, and report outcomes accordingly. Hold full accountability for achieving the region's assigned project sales targets. Propose, build, and execute sales action plans to ensure business objectives are fully met. Expand relationships with new real estate developers, architects, and design consultants to identify upcoming project opportunities, maximizing product specification and sales. Maintain strong relationships with existing developers, expand the Fabricator/Partner network (NGCs), and nurture partner accounts to drive sales growth. Urge NGCs to process payments and pull stock in alignment with contract terms and schedules. Provide comprehensive technical, supply chain, and execution support to fabricators and business partners. Collaborate with site supervision teams to guide NGCs in assembling and installing products in compliance with quality standards and project timelines. Assist NGCs and site supervision teams in resolving site-related issues with developers and main contractors regarding window, door, and facade packages.
