Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, clients and channel partners. Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline. Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial bids with technical teams. Negotiate and close project deals. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and timely delivery. Monitor sales performance, forecasts and market trends. Handle customer satisfaction and post-sales relationships. Lead and manage the sales team.
