Responsibilities Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget using project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe. Support requirements gathering sessions by facilitating stakeholder meetings and documenting detailed business process models and process maps. Assist in program development by analyzing root causes of issues through root cause analysis techniques and implementing Lean Six Sigma practices for continuous improvement. Manage project schedules using tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or Project Server; monitor progress through earned value management and risk assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational strategies; facilitate meetings to ensure clear communication of project stakeholder expectations. Oversee vendor management activities including contract negotiations, scope management, and cost control measures to optimize resource utilization. Lead team management efforts by supervising project staff, fostering a positive team environment, and providing guidance on project lifecycle processes from initiation through closure. Coordinate with construction, field, engineering, and sales teams to ensure project requirements, materials, schedules, and customer expectations are properly communicated and managed. Review project documentation, specifications, and construction drawings to support accurate project coordination, estimating, and execution. Requirements Proven experience in technical project or program management, project coordination, sales coordination, or supervisory roles, preferably within the construction, elevator, building services, engineering, or related trades. Construction trade experience is required, with a strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, job-site coordination, and the workflow between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and customers. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, blueprints, and project specifications is required. Candidates should be comfortable reviewing drawings to understand project scope, dimensions, layouts, equipment requirements, and installation details. Demonstrated expertise in project management lifecycle methodologies including PMBOK standards and PMI best practices; familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks is a plus. Strong skills in requirements analysis, scope management, risk mitigation strategies, and process improvement techniques like Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma. Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively and manage stakeholder relationships confidently. Experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments with a focus on change management and conflict resolution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and other project management or business software. Experience with tools such as Confluence, Workday, Basecamp, Jira, Smartsheet, or Project Server is a plus. Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or SAS; ability to interpret complex data sets for informed decision-making. Knowledge of IT infrastructure projects or product lifecycle management is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to understand project costs, budgets, estimates, material requirements, labor requirements, and overall project profitability. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently, take initiative, identify potential project issues, and follow through to resolution. Experience in the elevator, construction, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or other skilled trades is highly preferred.
