# Project Quantity Surveyor **KRL MARINE CONTRACTING AND TRANSPORT SOLE PROPRITORSHIP LLC** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 9 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of civil and marine projects, including cost planning, budgeting, measurement, variation control, interim payments, and final accounts, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets and contractual requirements. ✅ Key Responsibilities - Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for civil and marine works. - Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications. - Prepare and submit interim payment applications and final accounts. - Measure and value works executed on site. - Manage variations, claims, and change orders. - Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements. - Assist in contract administration and correspondence with clients/consultants. - Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports and cash flow forecasts. - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and planning teams. - Ensure compliance with contract conditions, company procedures, and UAE regulations. Skills & Competencies - Strong analytical and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and reporting abilities. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and under pressure. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
