Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the product lifecycle while supporting the successful delivery of high-quality products and solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead quality activities across the product lifecycle Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer requirements Manage audits, quality reviews, non-conformances, and CAPA activities Support project milestones, quality gates, and production readiness Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project quality objectives Monitor quality and reliability performance across projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline Experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or project quality management within a technical environment Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, quality systems, audits, and compliance processes Experience managing root cause analysis, non-conformances, and CAPA activities Understanding of quality throughout the product lifecycle, from development through production and delivery Familiarity with reliability, safety, and quality improvement methodologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills CQE certification and experience in complex engineering or manufacturing projects are advantageous
