Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues during project execution. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Monitor quality control procedures to ensure works meet contractual and technical standards. QHSE / OHSE Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Ensure full compliance with OSHAD–SF and AD EHSMS requirements. Conduct regular site inspections, QHSE audits, and risk assessments. Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures to maintain a safe working environment. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, safety training, and emergency drills. Ensure environmental compliance, including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability practices. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure QHSE requirements are implemented. Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including fire safety,evacuation, and first aid readiness. Monitor and report QHSE performance, prepare reports for management, Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
