The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain project QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection systems. Manage and supervise the QA/QC team and coordinate quality activities across the project. Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and regulations. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality reviews. Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, material submittals, and inspection requests . Monitor and manage NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) and SOR (Site Observation Reports) and ensure timely corrective actions and closure. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams regarding quality matters. Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain quality records, reports, inspection documentation, and project close-out documents. Ensure successful completion of project inspections and handover requirements. Requirements Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in QA/QC. Strong building construction experience is mandatory. Minimum 5 years in a QA/QC managerial position preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field . Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, specifications, and regulations. Experience with high-rise, residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects. Excellent knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspections, testing, and documentation. Proven experience in NCR/SOR management and closure . Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
