About the role

Venture Building, Hetmos Group

We’re looking for entrepreneurs with their own projects, and senior operators, to create, fund and lead innovative companies alongside our group.

The principle is simple. You bring the project, the industry knowledge and the ability to execute. We bring the seed capital, the commercial firepower, the ability to raise financing and the infrastructure of a group already present in more than 14 countries.

Positions available

CEO, CTO, CFO and CSO. You can bring a project you’ve already identified or take the lead on a venture the Group has started.

Sectors we’re active in

Fintech, M&A tech, legaltech and regtech, proptech, HR tech, insurtech, core banking, accounting automation and BPO, wealth management, data and AI applied to professional services, B2B marketplaces and cloud infrastructure.

The list isn’t exhaustive. We’re open to any innovative project, and especially interested in ventures that complement our activities and can use our current clients as first users.

What the Group brings

• Seed capital from our own funds, through co-investment or up to 100% financing
• A commercial force across Europe, with a network of 75+ representatives
• The ability to run funding rounds, with direct access to our institutional and private investor base
• A technical team and a commercial support team
• Legal, administrative and financial structuring

What you bring

• Product vision and knowledge of your market
• The ability to sell personally to first clients
• A full-time commitment to the project

Nature of the position

This is a founding partner position, not a salaried role. You’re paid through an equity stake in the company created.

Profile

Entrepreneur, former executive, senior professional or investor ready to be actively involved in execution. Experience founding or leading companies is a strong advantage.
